For the past 15 months, teams across Vibrant Vision Studios and The Initiative have been leveraging a design philosophy called ‘The Pillars of Creation.’ Originally introduced in early 2024 as a trial, this methodology enabled teams to analyse client challenges, craft compelling narratives, and implement solutions with greater efficiency than previous agile development frameworks.

Our findings from this experiment have led us to a new approach. We are proud to introduce Customer Centric ReInvention (CCR), the new backbone of Vibrant Vision Studios. CCR places our clients at the core of every project and structures solution using a spider diagram format. This ensures that each spoke complements the others, maintaining continuous structured forward momentum despite potential roadblocks.

The Holistic CCR Framework

Imagine CCR as a dynamic spider diagram with the client’s business at its centre. Surrounding this core are key spokes, each representing an essential aspect of project development:

• Narrative – The story we want to tell their customers.

• Marketing Efforts – Existing strategies and channels.

Unlike traditional linear development models, CCR embraces a constant flywheel design. Similar to agile methodologies, it incorporates the concept of ‘epics’ as self-contained spokes that allow for iterative progress within a circular workflow.
